It is important that you fully charge your Hudl for 3 hours before use to ensure that your battery performs for its lifetime. 3 Switch your Hudl on Press and hold the power button until a star appears on screen. Swipe to move the content on the screen or to move between screens. 3 Zoom In and Out To get a closer look at an image, a webpage or an article you’re reading, zoom in by stretching a thumb and forefinger or zoom out by pinching a thumb and forefinger together. 4 Use in Portrait or Landscape To change your viewing angle, rotate your Hudl and the content will rotate with it. 3 4 Sharing your Hudl with a child If you plan on sharing your Hudl with a child, we recommend you take a few precautions to ensure they stay safe while using the web and accessing apps unsupervised. The easiest way to do this is to set up a password or pin that is known only to responsible members of the family.
