HE WORKED AT NYC RESTAURANTS, BLUE HILL, REMI AND LE MADRE, EVENTUALLY TRANSITIONING TO STAFFING AND PRIVATE CHEFFING FOR NUMEROUS PRIVATE NEW YORK CLIENTS.
