FRANCESCO ANTONUCCI AND PINO LUONGO AND FOR THE ITALIAN WINE
MERCHANT SUMMA VITIS. HE WORKED AT NYC RESTAURANTS, BLUE HILL, REMI
AND LE MADRE, EVENTUALLY TRANSITIONING TO STAFFING AND PRIVATE
CHEFFING FOR NUMEROUS PRIVATE NEW YORK CLIENTS. LT ZAMPELLA WILL
CRAFT A CLASSIC TUSCAN MENU WITH YOU, TO BE PREPARED IN YOUR OWN HOME
PAIRED WITH WINES FROM THE REGION SHARING HIS MASTERY OF THE GRAND
