1. Cut a Half Sheet Brownie in half. Place the ¼ sheet brownie on a cake board. Place right side up so that brownie will not slide on board. If using raw brownie batter, bake according to
directions. Let cool completely.
2. Ice brownie with Cream Cheese Icing. Smooth.
3. Using the edge of a spatula, mark off squares. Leave center squares unmarked. Refer to picture.
4. Using a #4 tip and Cream Cheese Icing,
outline squares.
5. Using a #104 tip and Pink But-R-Creme™ Icing, pipe a drop flower in every other square.
6. With a #102 tip and Hot Pink But-R-Creme™ Icing,
pipe flowers in remaining squares except center.
7. Using a #4 tip and Neon Yellow But-R-Creme™ Icing, pipe the centers of the flowers.
8. Mix Chocolate But-R-Creme™ Icing and Leaf
Green But-R-Creme™ Icing together. Using a
#366 tip, pipe leaves on flowers.
9. With Pink But-R-Creme™ Icing and a #4 tip, pipe “Mom” in center square.
10. With Hot Pink But-R-Creme™ Icing and a #3 tip, pipe over lettering.
11. With Cream Cheese Icing and a #22 tip, pipe a shell border around top edge.

2. Ice brownie with Rich ‘N Glossy Icing or use an Iced Brownie Half Sheet. Use the scalloped edge of a cake comb and pull across brownie.
3. Mix Chocolate But-R-Creme™ Icing and Leaf
Green But-R-Creme™ Icing together. With a #3 tip, pipe a vine around outside edge.
4. Use White But-R-Creme™ Icing and a #4 tip, pipe flowers onto vine.
5. Add centers to flowers using Rich ‘N Glossy Icing and a #4 tip. Pipe shell border around top edge using Rich ‘N Glossy Icing and a #22 tip.
6. Add leaves to flowers using mixed green icing and a #366 tip. Pipe “Happy Mother’s Day” using mixed green icing and a #3 tip.

2. Ice brownie with German Chocolate Icing. Smooth.
3. Using Rich ‘N Glossy or Spred ‘N Gloss™ Icings and a #366 tip, pipe stems on brownie.
4. With a #104 tip and Chocolate But-R-Creme™ Icing,
make roses and buds and place them on stems.
5. Add leaves by using a #366 and Rich ‘N Glossy or Spred ‘N Gloss™ Icings.
6. With a #22 tip and Rich ‘N Glossy or Spred ‘N Gloss™ Icings, pipe a shell border around top edge.
7. With a #104 tip and Rich ‘N Glossy or Spred ‘N Gloss™ Icings, pipe “We Love You Mom”.
1. Cut a Half Sheet Brownie in half. Place the ¼ sheet brownie on a cake board. Place right side up so that brownie will not slide on board. If using raw brownie batter, bake according to
directions. Let cool completely.
2. Ice brownie with Rich N’ Glossy Icing or use an Iced Brownie Half Sheet. Smooth.
3. With Cream Cheese Icing and a #3 tip, pipe
stems for flowers.
4. Use Hot Pink But-R-Creme™ Icing and Pink But-R-
Creme™ Icing and a #102 tip to pipe flowers. On
a nail, make a small bud as a base and pipe petals
using a quick up and down motion.
5. Pipe buds by making just a couple of petals directly on top of stems.
6. Pipe a shell border around outside edge using a #22 tip and Cream Cheese Icing.
7. Accent border with one flower petal using a #102 tip and Pink But-R-Creme™ Icing.
8. Pipe centers onto flowers and write “To a Very Special Mom” with Hot Pink But-R-Creme™ Icing and a #3 tip.

1. Cut a Half Sheet Brownie in half. Place the ¼ sheet brownie on a cake board. Place right side up so that brownie will not slide on board. If using raw brownie batter, bake according to

2. Ice brownie with desired filling and place 2nd ¼ sheet on top.
3. Ice all layers with German Chocolate Icing. Smooth.
4. Using a #19 tip and Rich ‘N Glossy Icing, pipe a scalloped border around top and bottom edge.
5. Mix Chocolate But-R-Creme™ Icing and Leaf Green
But-R-Creme™ Icing together. Using a #3 tip, pipe stems.
6. Using Reddi Red But-R-Creme™ Icing and a #104 tip, pipe roses and buds on stems.
7. Using mixed green icing and a #366 tip, pipe leaves on flowers.
8. Pipe “Have a great day Mom!” on brownie using Reddi Red But-R-Creme™ Icing and a #3 tip.
1. Cut a Half Sheet Brownie in half. Place the ¼ sheet brownie on a cake board. Place right side up so that brownie will not slide on board. If using raw brownie batter, bake according to
directions. Let cool completely.
2. Ice brownie with desired filling and place 2nd ¼ sheet on top.
3. Ice all layers with Cream Cheese Icing. Smooth.
4. Using Rich ‘N Glossy or Spred ‘N Gloss™ Icings, slightly melted in a pastry bag, to pipe around edge. Let icing drip down sides. *Be careful not to get icing too hot or not hot enough.
5. Using a #21 tip and Cream Cheese Icing, pipe a shell border around top edge inside of the chocolate drip and along bottom edge of cake.
6. Sketch out “MOM” with a toothpick.
7. Using Cream Cheese Icing and a #4 tip, outline the word “MOM”.
8. Using Rich ‘N Glossy or Spred ‘N Gloss™ Icings, slightly melted in a pastry bag, to fill in outlined “MOM”.
9. With a #3 tip and Rich ‘N Glossy or Spred ‘N Gloss™ Icings, pipe spirals around “Mom”.

2. Ice brownie with Rich N’ Glossy Icing or use an Iced Brownie Half Sheet. Smooth.
3. With Chocolate But-R-Creme™ Icing and a #6 tip,
pipe a football in upper left corner. Smooth.
4. Using White But-R-Creme™ Icing and a #4 tip, pipe a baseball in lower left corner and outline the football’s stripes and stitches.
5. With Neon Orange But-R-Creme™ Icing and a #20 tip, pipe a basketball in upper right corner. Smooth.
6. With Tuxedo Black But-R-Creme™ Icing and a #3 tip, pipe lines on basketball.
7. Pipe “Just for Dad!” on brownie using a #4 tip and Chocolate But-R-Creme™ Icing.
8. Pipe over lettering using Reddi Red But-R-
Creme™ Icing and a #3 tip.
9. Pipe a shell border around top edge using Royal Blue But-R-Creme™ Icing and a #22 tip.

6. Place a rinsed and dried maraschino cherry on
top of each rosette.
7. Using a #4 tip and Caramel Cake Icing, pipe “Happy Father’s Day” on brownie.
8. Pipe Reddi Red But-R-Creme™ Icing over lettering using a #3 tip.

1. Cut a Half Sheet Brownie in half. Place the ¼ sheet brownie on a cake board. Place right side up so that brownie will not slide on board. If using raw brownie batter, bake according to
directions. Let cool completely.
2. Ice with Cream Cheese Icing. Smooth.
3. Using a toothpick, sketch out a fish.
4. Mix Leaf Green But-R-Creme™ Icing and small amount of Chocolate But-R-Creme™ Icing. With a #10 tip, pipe fish body. With Neon Green But-R-Creme™ Icing and a #4 tip, pipe tail and
back fins.
5. Pipe an eye using White But-R-Creme™ Icing and a #4 tip.
6. With a #4 tip and Tuxedo Black But-R-Creme™ Icing, outline the fish and give detail. Pipe a hat as well.
7. With Royal Blue But-R-Creme™ Icing and a #4 tip,
pipe water. With Chocolate But-R-Creme™ Icing
and a #3 tip, pipe a fishing pole, line, and hook.
8. Add a Neon Yellow But-R-Creme™ Icing reel on pole using a #4 tip.
9. Add details to reel and water with Tuxedo Black But-R-Creme™ Icing and a #2 tip.
10. Pipe fins to hold pole with Neon Green But-R-Creme™ Icing and a #4 tip.
11. Accent hat with Reddi Red But-R-Creme™ Icing and a #3 tip. Add a message and a border as desired.

9. Add zigzag lines on top and bottom of writing using a #3 tip and Reddi Red But-R-Creme™ Icing.
Add star sprinkles around border.

2. Fill with Cream Cheese Icing and place 2nd ¼ sheet on top. Ice completely with Cream Cheese Icing. Smooth.
3. Using #6 tip and White, Royal Blue, and Reddi Red But-R-Creme™ Icings, pipe spirals on top edge, alternating colors. Pipe dots around bottom edge, alternating colors.
4. With an opposite color and a #4 tip, pipe a spiral on top of large spirals.
5. Place star sprinkles inside of spirals to form a rectangle.
1. Cut a Half Sheet Brownie in half. Place the ¼ sheet brownie on a cake board. Place right side up so that brownie will not slide on board. If using raw brownie batter, bake according to
directions. Let cool completely.
2. Fill with Rich ‘N Glossy Icing and place 2nd ¼ sheet on top or use an Iced Brownie Half Sheet.
3. Ice completely with Rich ‘N Glossy Icing or use a second Iced Brownie Half Sheet. Comb sides. Smooth top.
4. Pipe large rosettes with #22 tip and Royal Blue, and Reddi Red But-R-Creme™ Icings. Alternate icings/colors and leave a small space between each rosette.
5. Using White But-R-Creme™ Icing and a #10 tip, pipe line around bottom edge of brownie as a border.
6. Place star sprinkles on inside of rosettes to form a rectangle. Sprinkle along bottom of border also.
7. Place swirled white and dark chocolate triangles between every other rosette.

8. Using Spred ‘N Gloss™ Icing and a #22 tip, pipe an elongated shell border around top edge of brownie

5. Using a #3 tip and Tuxedo Black But-R-
Creme™ Icing, pipe pupils and mouths, giving different expressions to the circles/pumpkins.
6. Using small leaf tip, pipe a leaf on top of each circle/pumpkin.

2. Ice brownie with Select™ Cream Cheese Icing. Smooth.
3. Using Tuxedo Black But-R-Creme™ Icing and a #10 tip, pipe a cauldron. Smooth.
4. Mix White and Orange But-R-Creme™ Icings to create a flesh color. Using a #6 tip, pipe a head on top of cauldron. Smooth. Pipe a nose.
5. Outline a head using Reddi Red But-R-Creme™ Icing and a #4 tip. Add horns as well.
6. Pipe a pitch fork using a #4 tip. Use Chocolate But-R-Creme™ Icing for handle and Reddi Red But-R-Creme™ Icing for the points.
7. Pipe “brew” coming up from top of the cauldron
using Neon Green But-R-Creme™ Icing and a #4 tip.
8. Using Vanilla and Tuxedo Black But-R-Creme™ Icings and #3 tip, pipe a face on the devil. Spray a little pink for cheeks.
9. Pipe border using small basket weave tip and Neon Orange But-R-Creme™ Icing. Scallop inside of border using a #6 tip and Neon Green But-R-Creme™ Icing.

6. Pipe a straight border around edge using Neon Orange But-R-Creme™ Icing and small basket weave tip.

7. Add face to ghosts using a #3 tip and Tuxedo Black But-R-Creme™ Icing.
8. Border bottom edge of brownie with a #10 tip and Neon Orange But-R-Creme™ Icing.
9. Border top edge with a #4 tip and Neon Green But-R-Creme™ Icing. Add Halloween sprinkles.
