2. Scrape down
3. Beat for 1 minute on slow speed
4. Blend any additions through mix on slow speed
until evenly distributed

Add 10% raisins, pre-soaked in
1% rum to the standard mix.
Decorate by flooding melted

Icing on top then pipe lines of
beaten Craigmillar Double

further decoration. Place
raisins in between.
After Eight/Matchmaker
Cup Cakes
Add 0.1% peppermint flavour
to the standard mix. Decorate
with whirls of beaten Craigmillar
Double Fudge Icing
and top with cut up pieces of

Brownie
Peanut Butter Brownie
Levelly spread peanut butter
onto baked Brownie then flood
with melted Craigmillar Double
Fudge Icing.
Add 10% mint chocolate
pieces to the standard mix
(optional). Add 0.1%
Peppermint flavour to 160g
Craigmillar Vanilla Crembel
then flood onto the baked
brownie. When cool flood
melted Craigmillar Double Fudge
Icing on top and spread level.
Caramel Brownie
Raspberry & White
Chocolate Brownie
Add 5% raspberries and 5%
white chocolate chunks to
the standard mix. Decorate
by flooding the top with
Craigmillar Vanilla Crembel.
