Swimming NSW Board Skills Audit – Results
During the month of April, the Swimming NSW Board conducted a Board Skills Analysis to
provide a snapshot of the current Directors as well as their skill sets and experience. The
Board agreed that it would be useful to share this information with the Member
Associations and therefore the results of this analysis are outlined on the following pages for
the information of Swimming NSW Areas, Clubs and Members.
