Note that the Forum Opening Breakfast, AM & PM Breaks, and the Forum
Closing Reception are all served on the Exhibit Floor.
Booth locations are chosen/assigned in the order in which Exhibitor
commitments are received and within the first ten (10) days of that commitment.
Post the ten (10) day window, NYSWA will assign your Exhibit Space for you.
(please see the Exhibit Floor Map on the next page with instructions)
Exhibit Space set-up is available the morning of June 17th from 5:30am –
8:15am. Take down is available the afternoon of June 17th from 4:15pm –
6:15pm.
Materials to be shipped and/or delivered directly to Pier Sixty must be received
between Monday, June 15th and Tuesday, June 16th between the Hours of 8am
and 5pm. Storage charges apply at a rate of $50.00 per day.
