By signing you hereby acknowledge and agree to exhibit at the 2015 MAASTO
Conference and further agree to the terms stated herein.
The 2015 MAASTO Exhibit Hall will accommodate 36 exhibitors and will be held in the “Pre-function”
Area on the Courtyard level of the Overland Park Convention Center (OPCC) – see attached map. Cost
of an exhibitor booth is $2,200 and includes an 8’ skirted table, two chairs and two full conference
registrations. Booths will be available for selection in the order in which registration and payment
are received.
Submit this completed registration form with check or money order for $2,200 (payable to Mid
America Association of State Transportation Officials or MAASTO) by June 15, 2015 to the address
below. Upon receipt of payment, you will be contacted to confirm booth assignment and provided
additional instructions to register your two delegates.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be provided in writing, mailed to the address above by June 15,
2015 for full refund, less $50 administrative fee. No refunds after June 15, 2015.
The Kansas and Missouri DOT’s, host states for the 2015 MAASTO Conference, invite your
organization to participate in the Exhibitor Hall. This is an excellent way to showcase your
organization while meeting and conferring with transportation industry peers. Conference
attendees from the DOT’s of the ten-state MAASTO region will be available to share ideas
and discuss services, solutions and exciting innovations.
A tentative schedule of events for The MAASTO Conference Exhibitor Hall is listed below.
Exhibitor Floor Plan: The 2015 MAASTO Exhibit Hall will be held on the Courtyard Level
of the Overland Park Convention Center (OPCC) in the “Pre-function” area. This is an open
air area that is directly adjacent to the Courtyard Meeting Rooms where Technical Sessions
will be held, providing an ideal area for lots of foot traffic. This area will accommodate 36
exhibit booths. Each space will be outfitted with an 8’ skirted table and two chairs.
Preference for booth space will be provided to MAASTO Conference Sponsors and
considered for exhibitors with booth space assigned in the order of commitment and
payment received.
