Entering this competition constitutes acknowledgement that PCAV rules
apply and acceptance of the rules.
The organising committee reserves the right to cancel any class or event,
divide the class, alter advertised times and refuse entry with or without
stating a reason.
No refunds after the closing date except with vet or medical certificate.
Neither the organising committee of the competition nor the PCAV accepts
any responsibility whatsoever for any accident, damage, injury or illness to
horses, riders, ground spectators or any other person or property.
Valid PCAV Membership cards must be presented for inspection and must
compu woth the requirements of the PCAV
Medical armbands must ne worn by all competitiors (applies to PC and
Open Sections)
Correct “standards” numbered helmets must be worn as specified in PCAV
gear rules, spot checks will occur on the day, if helmets do not comply rider
will be eliminated.
Dogs are prohibited without exemption.
There will be no equal placing; count back system will be applied pursuant
to PCAV rules.

Gear check is compulsory for all riders before each test/phase.
Competitors must have a gear check 20 minutes to riding each phase.
The organsising committee will allocate and advise riding numbers with
times when posted. Riders are to provide their own bridle or saddle
blanket numbers
Queries, protests, horse abuse rules as per the PCAV handbook of ByLaws
Lunging in not permitted at this competition.
Open riderss must complete a Day Participant Liability
Declaration and Waiver Form. A $10 per day attendance fee must
also be paid unless the competitor is a member of EV/EA;
AHS;SHCA; AERA, HRCAV or interstate pony club or can prove a
personal liability cover of at least $10,000,000. Current Membership
cards or proof must be provided.
PCAV Alcohol Policy applies
Horses must be at least 4 years old, no stallions, colts or rigs.
This event will comply with the PCAV EI and Biosecurit guidelines,
which are current at time of event.
