High expertise in document layout, formatting, graphics, flow and linkages. Must be a highly skilled in all Microsoft Office applications such as PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio, Outlook, SharePoint, CRM and Project. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud apps such as Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign for more complex documentation. Be able to create and develop tools and templates based on OTM’s signature methodology for customer use. Ability to rapidly learn how to use new pieces of software and web interfaces (e.g. client portals, and software) and contribute to our continued improvement software whilst appreciating you are working within an established business. Strong verbal and writing skills -- able to write business communications; able to communicate concisely, simply and in a step-by-step fashion. Able to work with C-level executives, middle managers and front-line staff equally well while maintaining an executive presence. Travel up to 75% of time including both domestic and international (Must have a passport). The successful candidate will be on the road a lot of the time and could be gone from home for up to 2-3 weeks at a time. This means total flexibility and adaptability in work/travel schedules is required. E.g. traveling from one country to the next at a moment’s notice with ease. The consultant team becomes your on-the-road support network. Has a can do attitude and is willing to take on a variety of projects & challenges. Must be able to work as a team. This will enable the candidate to work with existing Documentation Specialists, Support Consultants and Senior Consultants effectively both in person and virtually at all times. Strong work ethic and time management with the ability to get the work done in sometimes short spaces of time regardless of time zone. Some days can be long (15-16 hours). Ability to manage projects from end-to-end; application of lateral thinking and doing. Must have high emotional maturity, good relationship skills and sound judgment to work in sensitive environments with clients. This includes what to wear/not wear and what to say/not say. Self-awareness and restraint is required at all times when working with clients. Will be part of the OTM team and will spend most of their time with them so a strong ability to build and maintain both a working and personal relationship with them is required. Must be able to have fun on with road without complaining. Additional skills (Nice to haves): Able to speak, read and write in another language ideally French, German, Spanish, Mandarin.
