Alan Yoffe, a new haggadah highlighting the
universality of the seder for the contemporary
Jewish family. We also have A Family
Haggadah, a haggadah for children by
Shoshana Silverman.

Or Shalom is holding its first Trivia Night
fundraiser on April 26th. A master trivia leader
will run the contest and we invite trivia experts
and novices to come out. It promises to be a fun
evening for everyone with prizes for first and
second place winners. Trivia questions will be
from all topics, only 10 Jewish questions. Invite
all your friends to join.
AJE@JCC: Scrolling Through the Megillot,
With Art Benjamin
This course will provide an introduction to the five scrolls
read for the holidays of Sukkot, Purim, Pesach, Shavuot
and Tisha b’Av, including how each megillah came to be
associated with a specific holiday, its history and how it fits
into the greater body of sacred Jewish writings.
