Alfred Chan (Strategy, Finance &
Accounting)
Alfred is Executive Director of Imperial
Consulting, Singapore. He has been in
management consulting for over 20 years,
with Arthur D Little, Andersen Consulting
(now Accenture), Arthur Andersen as a
partner and KPMG as Director. Prior to
management consulting, he was in
investment banking with JP Morgan and
DBS Bank.

Spencer Chan (Marketing)
Spencer’s brings with him a rich and
diverse set of hands-on management
expertise gained from a wide spectrum of
industries across continents (USA, Europe,
the Middle East, and Asia). His experience
includes management positions at
Hewlett-Packard Geneva, at Procter &
Gamble as Marketing Manager with
assignments in the Far East, Central
America, and the Caribbean, and as
Marketing Director of Citibank Global
Consumer Banking in Singapore.

Lau Tat Chuan (Management)
Tat Chuan has been utilising design
thinking and experiential methodologies
for the past 10 years to facilitate team
learning and strategising for innovative
solutions. He is an executive coach and
faculty at the Center for Creative
Leadership, and a Board Certified Coach
recognised by the Center for Credentialing
& Education in the US. Prior to this, he
had over 15 years of private-sector
experience in organisations such as
Honeywell, Andersen Consulting (now
Accenture), Wuthelam and Citigroup.

2. Registration and Payment
A place will be reserved for you upon receipt of your registration by fax/email. Please inform us in writing of any change in your registration 14 days
before commencement of programme, after which 25% of programme fee
will be chargeable.
If no notification is received by commencement date, the full programme
fee will be charged.
For foreign delegates sponsored by their companies, GST is not
applicable. If payment is made through a local company, GST will apply.
Payment must be made by course commencement. All cheques/bank
drafts must be made payable to ‘Singapore Institute of Management’,
crossed and marked ‘A/C payee only’ with the programme title(s)
indicated on the back of the cheques. Mailing address can be found at the
bottom of this brochure.
3. Refund of Fees
If notice of withdrawal is given in writing:
• 100% refund for written notification 14 days before commencement
• 75% refund for written notification within 14 days before commencement
• After commencement/No show – No refund
4. Changes to Programme
Changes in programme date, time, fees and speakers may occur due to
unforeseen circumstances. However, SIM will ensure that every effort will
be made to inform participants of the change. SIM reserves the right to
cancel the programme due to unforeseen circumstances.
