COURSE FACT SHEET Pregnancy test animals (Cattle) Narayen Pregnancy Testing Course 3-5 June This unit covers pregnancy testing animals and defines the standard required to: draft animals and source information on joining to assist in pregnancy testing; restrain each animal for pregnancy testing using humane methods and facilities; detect pregnancy through several manually determined key indicators; maintain records of pregnancy testing; monitor animals after pregnancy testing. Assessment will consist of written and practical assessments. On successful competition of this course participants will receive a Statement of Attainment for AHCLSK408A Pregnancy test animal. Course Structure This course is delivered at Emerald Agricultural College's property 'Narayen', Mundubbera from 8am to 5pm each day. It covers pregnancy testing cattle with assessment consisting of written and practical assessments.
