The Delta Gymnastics My Team Rules competition is a Gym QLD sanctioned event for WAG gymnasts in Level 1-6. MTR’s unique mixed club team competition format creates a fun, low pressure environment that encourages participants to focus on the performance of their routines, rather than scores and rankings! After warm up, gymnasts will be assigned to a mixed club team of up to 5 gymnasts. Gymnasts will compete with Coloured their Club & coach. team hair ribbons will be provided to each gymnast to signify their MTR team! MY TEAM RULES EVENT INFORMATION $50 per gymnast Levels Test: $11 per gymnast Gymnasts A refund (less 20%) will be made on receipt of a medical certificate up to 2 weeks after the event. No refund of the entry fee will be given to any withdrawals without a medical certificate & no exceptions to this policy will be considered. Spectators FREE Spectator Entry! Clubs can choose either the GA skills or the Delta Gymnastics ‘Pre Level’ routine requirements. Level 3 - 6 As per 2015 & Beyond WAG Australian Levels Program Excel nomination form to be emailed to [email protected] Warm-up/compete [Beam: American warm-up will be used for all levels]. COMPETITION FORMAT Mixed Team Requirements - up to 5 gymnasts per team with the highest 3 scores to count overall.
