your head coach before school is out. Turn in physical paperwork to the trainers before
school is out! You need a new physical on file at the end of each school year. . This is
nonrefundable. Session 4 dates TBA by Coach McHugh.

All participants will receive a Venom camp t-shirt and small group time with coaches. Students will develop better coordination, core
strength, balance, agility, and flexibility. This conditioning time will give them a cardiovascular workout while spending some time
with friends and coaches in the summer mornings. Participating in this strength and conditioning program, drastically improves the
athlete’s ability to compete in his or her sport of choice next school year. It shows dedication to the coaches and allows coaches to
work individually on an athlete’s strengths and weaknesses. Athletes need to wear appropriate workout attire each day as well as
bringing a water bottle and towel. Please allow up to one month for checks to clear the bank. Prompt registration is advised! The
waiver on the back must be signed before participation can occur! No matter how many days you are able to participate you still
must pay the full $85.00 You must have a current physical on file in the trainer’s office before you may participate! Email
