Right off the beaten track, café Panache is located on the less familiar part of the Ten Kate market, in Amsterdam West. café Panache is created by five friends who joined forces to convert an old market storage into a vibrant bar & restaurant. The meaning of the word Panache is a flamboyant, original, confident but little reckless way of doing things. And that’s exactly what our eclectic café is all about. Our menu is market based using only seasonally-focused dishes and sustainable fish and shell fish.
