Water Aerobics
This low-impact class held in the deep end of the pool provides a total body workout using flotation belts and other equipment for a fun and challenging
class.
Water Warriors
This is a high-energy class, great for cross-training, strengthening core muscles, and improving cardiovascular fitness.
Water Walking
This is a medium impact class that also travels to the deep end using floatation support to isolate and focus on a total body and core workout.
Arthritis
This class is designed to guide you through a series of water exercises with the aid of the water’s buoyancy and resistive properties help you improve
your flexibility, range of motion, joint mobility, and muscular strength. No swimming skills required.
Aqua Strength
This class assists in facilitating healthy circulation through a series of water exercises to strengthen you from your core to your extremities.
Aqua Zumba
An invigorating workout that includes splashing, stretching, twisting, and laughter all blended together in a safe, challenging, water-based workout that
is cardio conditioning and body-toning.
Lap Swim
13 yrs – Adult must lap swim
