Updating Agent Portal Desktop Shortcut with New URL Job Aid
Replacing aaa4insurance.com with csaa-insurance.aaa.com
If you have a shortcut on your desktop to navigate to Agent Portal, you will need to update it to point to the new URL.
Follow the steps below:
1.)
Minimize all open applications so that you can see the desktop. On your desktop locate your current Agent Portal
shortcut. With your mouse over the icon, right click you mouse to pull up the menu and select the option for
“Properties” at the bottom of the list.
2.)
Once you click on Properties, the following window will come up. Confirm you are on the “Web Document” tab and
locate the field for the URL.

Delete the current URL: htttps://aaa4insurance.com/agents. Copy and paste the new URL in the same field:
https://csaa-insurance.aaa.com/agents. Click “Apply” and then “OK” to close the window.
4.)
Double click the icon to launch Agent Portal.
