Start Up - Run Screen
Indicates shanks UP and meter DISENGAGED
(will be solid when engaged)
For first time setup, access (in order):
1) Menu Settings; 2) Meter Calibration; and
3) Application Rate Control
To access the Run Screen Soft Key Menu screen
(pg. 5): press any Soft Key
To access the Meter Calibration screen (pg. 26): press
any Soft Key, press Setup, and select Meter Calibration
To access the Application Rate Control screen
(pg. 37): press the Meter Rate Screen button

Marker applies to the European model 30 Series
ONLY and is not used in this application
(If selected, press ESC to exit without saving)
To adjust the tramline settings, press Tramline;
to repeat a field seeding pass, press Repeat (Refer to
Operator’s Manual for tramline setup)
To adjust the shank pressure, press Shank (pg. 6)
To customize the Run Screen, press Item (pg. 7)

Packing pressure is adjustable from 0 MPa to
10.34 MPa
Push to select, turn to adjust pressure then push to
accept selection

Setup - MuxBus Sensor Setup
Ground Speed is the first sensor inline; leave it connected to the harness. Disconnect the sensors that
are to be relearned.
Fan 1 will be used to demonstrate a single sensor
setup
If Auto Detect is used, sensors must be
plugged in in the order they are listed on
screen.

Select Install once the Fan 1 sensor has been reconnected to the harness

OK indicates that the Fan 1 sensor has been learned
To remove a sensor, press Remove (pg. 17)
To change a sensor’s settings, press Settings

Ignore can be used to stop alarms due to a damaged
sensor

Enter a Calibration Length of 122 meters and
press Continue.
NOTE: It is recommended that the calibration length
is entered manually on machines with Garmin GPS, to
ensure an accurate calibration.

three complete revolutions

The shaft will turn and display a live count of the
revolutions
When the correct amount of product is in the catch
bin, select Continue to stop the meter

the weight
Once the proper weight is entered, press the Enter
