published children’s author, Autism advocate, self-proclaimed BadAss
Goddess, a deliciously craycray Gemstoner and Project Manager
Extraordinaire!
A humble and fun-loving jackie of all trades, she loves helping
individuals and/or companies get their processes in place, so they can
operate more efficiently. Adonya also thoroughly enjoys learning new
systems and prides herself in being an extremely quick study.

Liaison between speaker and event planners. Booked and managed all speaking events
for clientele. Orchestrated all correspondence, travel, event logistics, and payment
arrangements on behalf of client. Maintained detailed schedule management of booked
events. Created comprehensive packages of marketing materials that effectively and
efficiently “sold” clients to event planners (included, but not limited to, web design and
management).
Coordinated client calendar, maintained customer appointments for private sessions.
Created and managed client databases. Responsible for all customer relations; managed
all customer service inquiries received via email, or phone. Maintained customer support
log of all projects and/or customer issues on a daily basis. Facilitated background duties
(e.g. answering customer questions while client is speaking) during teleconferences.
Created web sites and web content publishing.
Facilitated and hosted guest speaker teleconferences. Updated site content (via
Wordpress; e.g. event calendar, posts for upcoming events, and authored all recaps of
calls). Ghostwriter for all recaps of Healing With The Masters Seasons 5-7 (global 12Week teleconference series). Coordinated and maintained client calendars. Created and
managed client's customer and affiliate databases. Managed customer relations with

Responsible for all service orders submissions, including LD conversions, new service
installations, & port requests. Coordinated port requests and circuit installations with
equipment vendors and LECs. Ensured timely implementation of service orders.
Managed site expectations and serve as LEC's primary point of contact throughout
project life cycle. Ensured all project target dates are met. Communicate project status to
senior management on weekly basis.
