Register your institute with us on our online portal – https://ieltsb2b.britishcouncil.org/Home.aspx. You will then be able to register your candidates with us online. Candidate makes the payment! PAY AT STANDARD CHARTERED BANK Your candidate can pay IELTS fee at designated Standard Chartered branches – list of these branches is available on our website. Click here for further details. DEMAND DRAFT / PAY ORDER Your candidate can also pay IELTS fee through a Demand Draft / Pay Order. OR How to Apply? Your candidate will bring the following to you for registering with British Council: 1. Original National Identity Card or Passport. Please ensure that this ID document will be valid and in date on the test day. 2. Proof of Payment: a. If the candidate brings in a Standard Chartered Bank receipt, please ensure the following: i. Please put your organisation’s stamp and write down the test date on the upper right hand corner of the payment receipt. ii. Please scan it or take a picture of the receipt with your phone. iii. Please send the scan/picture along with an excel sheet (available by clicking here) to following email addresses. 1. For candidates appearing in Lahore, Faisalabad and Multan: [email protected] 2. For candidates appearing in Islamabad and Peshawar: [email protected] 3. For candidates appearing in Karachi and Hyderabad: [email protected] iv. Please ensure that each scan is not more than 1 MB in size and no more than 10 scans are sent in one email. b. If the candidate brings in a demand draft or pay order, please send this along with the online registration summary page to following addresses: 1. For candidates appearing in Lahore, Faisalabad and Multan: British Council, 65 Mozang Road, Lahore 2. For candidates appearing in Islamabad and Peshawar: British Council, BHC, Ramna 5, Diplomatic Enclave, Islamabad. 3. For candidates appearing in Karachi and Hyderabad: British Council, British Deputy High Commission, Shahrah e Iran, Clifton, Karachi. c. You DO NOT need to send the copy of ID document or candidates’ photographs any more. Confirmation of Seat and Venue Upon receipt of: 1. online application through ieltsb2b.britishcouncil.org and 2. the confirmation of payment along with scans of receipts in email / the confirmation of payment (Demand Draft / Postal Order) through the post. 3. A confirmation of seat and venue will be sent to your candidate via email within seven days of receiving a complete application. An SMS and an email will be sent a week before the test to confirm your candidate’s complete test and venue details. Your candidates can also access their seat confirmation / venue details online in “Candidate Area” by clicking on the link provided here. Test Day Please advise you candidate to arrive at his/her test venue in time – details of which will have already been provided on their email. The Speaking Test may take place 7 days before or after the Writing test date. Most importantly, please advise them to bring their original and valid National Identity Card / Passport and its photocopy on the test day – it has to be the same ID that they registered with and you checked. Results www.ielts.org IELTS is jointly owned by the British Council. IDP: IELTS Australia and Cambridge English Language Assessment. Results of the test will be sent via registered mail thirteen calendar days after the written test. However, your candidates will be able to view their results on candidate portal online by clicking here.
