Enter your account. From the home page, under
“Register on line!”, click on “Enter your account”
Enter your login (email id) and password
You have entered your account.
Click on Campus France form
Fill the section “Academic records”
Mention in the pink drop down menu the
year in which you passed your 12th board
exam (or baccalaureat)
Fill in information related to your 12th
Click on + under "TASKS" to create new task
(to enter information on 10+2)
Chose 10+2 to enter
details related to your
12th, then click on next
Fill all details related to
your 12th and click on next
Fill all details related to
your 12th and scroll down
Click on + under "Subject"
to add subjects from your
12th
Enter all your subjects and
marks from 12th , and
scroll down
Click on + under "Upload
supporting documents“ to
upload your marksheets
and passing certificate
Name your document
Click on “Browse” to upload your 12th passing certificate (1 document
can be uploaded at a time). Then click on validate. Same process to
upload your marksheets
Format accepted: BMP/JPEG/GIF/PNG only.
Size: 300KB max
Save your information
Make sure the section
“task completed”
mentions OUI (yes in
French). In case it says
NON, review the previous
steps.
Step 6: Fill in information related to your Bachelors
Click on + under "TASKS" to create new task
(to enter information on bachelors).
Be careful, this step will have to be
repeated depending on your programme
duration. For example: if you obtained
bachelors obtained in 4 years , repeat this
task 4 times. if you obtained bachelors
obtained in 3 years , repeat this task 3
times.
Chose Bachelor’s degree
to enter details related to
your bachelors
Fill all details related to
your bachelors 1st year
and click on next
Fill all details related to
your bachelor 1st year and
scroll down
Click on + under "Subject"
to add subjects from your
bachelor 1st year (insert at
least 5 cores subjects)
at least 5 cores subjects.
If your 1st year had 2 semesters and your subject
were different, you can mention the marks
obtained in one column and put and X in the
other one.
Click on + under "Upload
supporting documents“ to
upload your 1st year
marksheets .
You can also upload the
entire official transcript.
You have successfully filled information related
to your bachelor’s 1st year. Please repeat the
same process for the other years
At this stage you should see the
details of each year studied during
your bachelor. Make sure the
section “task completed” mentions
OUI (yes in French). In case it says
NON, review the previous steps.
Step 6: Fill in information related to your Masters
Click on + under "TASKS" to create new task
(to enter information on your masters) and
follow the process as directed.
You don’t need to repeat this process again.
One task for one master is sufficient
Step 6: Fill in information related to other activities
You will have to create a
new task for your work
experiences, internships,
competitive exams and
other.
At this stage you should see the
details of your entire academic
background from 12th till now.
You can validate the page
Step 6: Fill the section “Language skills”
Click on + under "Previous visits to France" to

Step 6: Fill the section “CV+SOP”
Upload your photo.
Format: JPEG only
Size: (300 DPI 26*32 mm)
Upload your CV or write
the details in the pink box
Format: PDF or word doc
Size: 300 KB max
Fill the other pink boxes in
CV+SOP. They are
mandatory fields.
Validate the page
Step 6: Check if your form is complete
If the four tabs here below
indicate "Complete", send
your online file number
(Ex. IN123456) to the
assigned CampusFrance
office, FROM YOUR
PERSONAL EMAIL
