OUR FOOD
Our food follows the principles of clean eating. That means avoiding processed and refined foods and
eating food in its most natural state. Everything is made in our kitchen including sweet treats and drinks.
Our chicken is free range, chemical free, hormone free, gluten free and grown less than 100 km away.
Our veggies are generally local and never from overseas. We always have gluten free, dairy free, nut free,
vegetarian and vegan options.
HOW TO ORDER
Orders must be received by 3pm the day before. We can always fulfill something last minute for you but it’s
better that you call the store directly in case some things are unavailable.

junkies eat ½ a chicken. If you’re worried, go a little extra. Worst case you have chicken for sanga’s the next day.

Our salad selection does change, if your selection isn’t available, we’ll call you with alternatives.
For full salad tasting/dietary notes call the store, or drop in for a free tasting anytime.
How much is enough? Generally smaller eaters will have 1 side salad and average to big eaters will have 2.
It also depends on what other food you have on offer. We also suggest a combo of bulky salads (rice/grains)
and leafy/veg salads too.
Our medium pack caters 8-10 as a side and our large pack caters 16-20 as a side. (No half/half salad
selection’s sorry).

LUNCH BOXES
Lunchboxes are fully self-contained for an easy lunch at your next client presentation, or lunchtime
meeting. They are presented in a Kraft brown lunchbox and come with a combination of a chicken item,
a salad, a sweet treat, nuts, fruit and organic popcorn. All will have cutlery and a napkin and you can add
a bottle of water if you wish.There is a minimum order of 8 of any one type plus as many vego boxes as
you need. We also need 24 hours notice on order.
