How to Use Outlook Web Access
Accessing Guggenheim Email using Outlook Web Access
In order to access the Guggenheim Corporate Email via the Internet, you will need one of two items:

Blackberry with RSA soft token installed
RSA Hard Token
Launch your browser (Internet Explorer, Safari, or other) and in the address bar, type in the following:
www.guggenheimpartners.com/emp
You should see the following on your computer screen:

Select either the Chicago Microsoft Outlook Web Access or New York Microsoft Outlook Web
Access, by clicking on the corresponding button.
Once you have clicked on one of the Outlook buttons, you will see the below image. Type in your
Guggenheim User name and Password, followed by your RSA Passcode.

Click Log On. You should now see the Web Interface for
Outlook:

RSA Passcode via BlackBerry
The RSA SecurID Software Applications is has been installed for all users who have been issued BlackBerries,

Click the RSA icon on your BlackBerry home screen.
If you have not setup your pin, please follow these steps. If you have, please proceed to step 2.











Click on the RSA icon on your Blackberry home screen.
Leave the PIN field blank
Click on your scroll wheel and select GET PASSCODE
Open www.guggenheimpartners.com/emp

Enter your 4 digit PIN in the RSA application on the Blackberry

Press the trackwheel and choose Get Passcode. The 8 digit Passcode is displayed. You will enter this 8 digit number in the
Passcode field on the webpage.
Click Logon

Click Microsoft Outlook Web App
Enter your username and password
Enter the 8-digit tokencode that is currently displayed on your Blackberry into the passcode field on the website. Click Submit.
Enter a 4 digit code that does not begin with 0 (this is your PIN).
Confirm your PIN
Click Submit.
You will be redirected back to the logon page.
RSA Passcode via Key Fob:
The RSA SecurID Key Fob continuously displays a six-digit
tokencode. The tokencode changes every minute; the
horizontal bars on the left side of the display indicate in ten second intervals how quickly the six-digit number will change.
If you have not setup your pin, please follow these steps. If you have, Please proceed to Step 1.








Open www.guggenheimpartners.com/emp

On the original login page now displayed, enter your user ID and password. This time, your passcode will be your 4 digit PIN
and the 6 digits shown on your RSA token.
Click Logon.

Click Citrix NFuse
Enter your User name and Password
Enter the 6-digit tokencode that is currently displayed on your key fob into to passcode field.
Click Submit.
Enter a 4 digit code that does not begin with 0 (this is your PIN).
Confirm your PIN
Click Submit.
