The MyAccessMobile application for iOS and Android is optimized for a smartphone experience, providing the business user a simple way to perform the most critical tasks as part of their day-to-day workflow. MY TASKS The My Tasks area of MyAccessMobile is a personalized tasks area for the logged-in user. Various tasks such as pending approvals are listed in this area for quick reference. The user s able to easily scan any pending approvals and proceed to accepting or rejecting approvals. DATA SHEET APPROVALS The Approvals menu option provides a comprehensive list of all pending access approvals assigned to the user. The user can drill-down on each approval to view the actual approval, where the “accept” or “reject” options are available. After accepting or rejecting an access approval, the user can enter comments for added detail. This is beneficial for line of business managers that have a high volume of approvals or just need to isolate approvals by a certain user from a specific time. DESIGNED WITH SECURITY IN MIND Several important security features have been built into MyAccessMobile to ensure the integrity of user information. All data in MyAccessMobile is sent over SSL to ensure the security of traffic coming and going from the app. Interaction with the server is managed by secure session tokens, that can be configured to timeout after inactivity. When a user successfully logs in, a token will be uniquely associated with that user. No data is stored on the mobile device, except the option of saving the username.
