ICRM – HOW TO BECOME CERTIFIED
Long time members and certified records
managers, Bill Hall and Wendy Sapp will present
information on why professional records managers
should seek certification and how to go about
becoming certified through The Institute of Certified
Records Managers. The Institute has developed a
number of resources to help individuals attain
certification including an informational PowerPoint
presentation, a candidate’s testing handbook,
mentor and ambassador support programs, and a
bibliography of resources.
Bill holds a BA in International Relations from the
University of Delaware, with post-graduate studies
at the U.S. Foreign Service Institute.
This presentation will provide the requirements for
new candidates including the application, testing,
and certification maintenance phases. The
presenters will describe their experiences of the
process and the benefits of completion. The
speakers will leave plenty of time for questions and
discussion and will be happy to counsel individuals
"one-on-one" after the meeting day.

month. If you are interested, please call me at 6548886. Additionally, for future drives you may
sponsor, some other items we always need are
brown paper grocery bags, plastic grocery bags,

Dear members of ARMA,
Thank you again for your generous support of our
food programs. It is only through the kindness and
enthusiasm shown by people such as you that we
are able to serve those around us who desperately
need help.
It is with great joy that we received your donation to
St. Stephen’s food pantry! Your donation allows
LCS to continue to serve the hunger needs in our
community and the variety of items collected allows
us to serve people snacks and treats that are
usually unaffordable on a low income!
With many thanks,
