How to update the Cigraph dongle without an Internet connection using the .rtu file If the computer where ArchiCAD is installed is not connected to internet, you can update your Cigraph dongle using an .rtu file. To do this, you must ask Cigraph for the .rtu file which will be sent to you by e-mail (the file can be received at any workstation with an internet connection). Copy the .rtu file to the computer where the Cigraph dongle is connected (and ArchiCAD is installed), then continue as described below (the instructions vary depending on whether you use Windows or Apple).
