Physicians/Providers: How to Login to LEARN How to login to the LEARN system for the first time: 1. From a PC: launch this URL to access LEARN: http://www.healthstream.com/hlc/LEARN Employed providers may access via Inside CHI – My Tools – LEARN. Accessing via Inside CHI will auto log you into the system. 2. From a MAC: use Firefox (Safari is not supported) in top menu; enter “Firefox;” select “preferences” from dropdown; in new window, select “Content” icon; make sure popup blocker is OFF. Then launch this URL to access LEARN: http://www.healthstream.com/hlc/LEARN 3. Type your Username and Password. You will be prompted to change your password and to set up a password reminder. Non-‐employed providers: Your Username will be in the following format: Ø First 4 letters of first name + First 4 letters of last name + Birth Month (MM) + Birth Day (DD) Ø If you have fewer than four letters, your entire name will be used [EXAMPLES: Jane Smith-‐Jones’ DOB is July 4 so her username is janesmit0704; Dan Yee’s DOB is January 03 so his username is danyee0103. Ø Your initial password is “Welcome3” [Your password IS case sensitive] Employed providers: Your Username will be in the following format: Ø CHI + Employee Number [EXAMPLE: CHI12345] or Ø If accessing LEARN via Inside CHI: Go to MY Tools, Click on LEARN for auto login Ø If you have not accessed the system your initial password is “Welcome3” [Your password IS case sensitive] Ø If you have accessed the system, use your new password 4.
