How to Allow/Deny user/group level access for SMB/CIFS shares
Navigate to: Service->SMB/CIFS->Shares
Edit an existing share or create a new share. In the example below:
"edit2" is a member of the group "editors" while "edit1" and "user1" are members of group "staff".
After applying; "edit1" would be able to access this share while "edit2" and "user1" would not be able to.
Another example:
If you want to allow "read only" access for most
users and read/write for another (edit2), you could use Auxiliary parameters of:
read only = Yes
write list = edit2
