HOW TO GET THERE.
Driving From The North
From the M66 Continue south onto the M60 and take Junction 20 onto the A664. Follow signs into City centre. At the large crossroads
take a left down Queens Road (A6010) to the next junction. Turn right onto A62. Follow A62 until the end of the road. Turn left onto Great
Ancoats Street (the ring road). Continue on this road passing through a set of traffic lights. At the 2nd set of traffic lights, signposted
Piccadilly, bear right onto Newton Street. Take the left turning onto Dale Street. At the end of Dale Street, bear left. Take the next right
turning for the hotel car park.
Driving From The East
From M67 continue over the roundabout with the M60 onto the A57and follow all the way into Manchester. Follow the A57 until the small
roundabout with the A6 which is London Road. Follow the road towards Piccadilly Station which turns into a one way system, follow the
signs for Ducie Street Carpark. Cross London Road and continue for 200 yards.
Driving From The South
From M56 follow the motorway which will turn into the A5103 continue along the road until the major roundabout with the A57M. Take the
third exit off the roundabout and follow the road until the next roundabout. take the second exit onto the A57M. then take the first exit off
the A57M onto the A6 London Road. Follow the road towards Piccadilly Station which turns into a one way system, follow the signs for
Ducie Street Carpark. Cross London Road and continue for 200 yards.
Driving From The West
From M62 continue onto M602. Continue on this road until it becomes the A57 and then the A57M. Take the exit signpostedfor the A6,
Sheffield and Belle Vue . Turn left at the bottom of the sliproad onto the A6 London Road. Follow the road towards Piccadilly Station which
turns into a one way system, follow the signs for Ducie Street Carpark. Cross London Road and continue for 200 yards.
By Train.
The Closest Train Station is MANCHESTER PICCADILLY. Once here, follow above map to destination

Follow A23 to seafront.
At roundabout opposite
Palace Pier take 3rd exit
heading west along
seafront.
On your right you will pass
the Brighton Centre and the
Metropole Hilton Hotel.
Take right turn at the first
traffic lights after Metropole
Hilton, into Preston Street.
Then take first right into
Regency Square.
The hotel is on the west side
of the square.
It is recommended that you
park in the underground
N.C.P. carpark, which you
can enter from the south
side of the square.
