photos that inspire, provoke and challenge your chosen theme. Homework:

Theatre mask – How do you feel at the start of the session?
Exercise
Read image and discuss motivations and potential text. (beer)
Choose from 5 different personas and write some text that may
accompany image.
Belonging. Male, Retired.
Learning. Female, Teenager.
Basics. LGBT. Homeless.
Coping. Mother. Addict.
Core Self. Learning Difficulties. Student.
Debrief from Exercise 1
Everyone reads into the image in a different way. It is good to try
and get into the head of other people to see the world differently
from your own.
Photo Elicitation
Display 36 images (contact sheet) and assist in selection and
editing of final 5 images to add text.
Participants discuss meaning and motivations. Who, why, when
what, how, audience and purpose. (Record also?)
