How to use the Customer Training Centre
The Customer Training Centre is designed to support our customers in providing, in one place,
resources and materials to help you make the most of your Webanywhere on-line application
(Website, VLE etc).
You do not need a login to use this site and you can access support by simply clicking on the
product that you want help with.
However you can freely create a login and that will enable you to;





Be informed of any changes to your product
Take part in forum discussions with other schools from all over the country
Be able to put forward ideas in which we can develop the products that you use.
Receive messages letting you know of new support resources.
Share any good ideas that you have or any on-line resources that you have found.
To create a login just click the Create new account link and complete the form
Click Create new
account option
Then a message will be emailed to your email address to which you will need to respond to and
finish the registration. You will also receive another email welcoming you to the Customer Training
Centre main section. Now when you return to the website you can login and take part in the
Button
discussion forums and receive news and program updates.
After logging in go to the product you need help
with and you will see a link on the left side of the
screen called Enrol me in this Section. Click
the link and then.....
Click the Enrol me button
This will enable you to receive information on product and resource updates in your emails.
Once you have clicked on the product you can select the option you need
