Ideally, the individual should be fluent in both Polish and English. The persons should know well and love our Catholic faith and desire to share it with our children. For those who feel that they need some training in order to do this, they can be placed during the upcoming year in the classroom to assist a veteran teacher before teaching a class on their own. This is very important ministry in the church-- one impacting the church’s future.
