3. FEBRUARJA OB 10. URI«. Naslov ponudnika mora biti označen na kuverti.
Spremembo (zvišanje ponudbe, znižanje ponudbe ali odstop od ponudbe) je potrebno
vročiti predsedniku komisije na dan odpiranja ponudb pred odprtjem prve pisne ponudbe.
Vsak ponudnik z oddajo ponudbe soglaša, da je seznanjen s pogoji prodaje in ni upravičen
do naknadnih ugovorov, da mu le ti niso bili poznani. Če komisija ugotovi, da so kupci
preko dogovora namerno znižali ponudbe, se le te obravnavajo kot nične.
Predpostavljamo, da so si kupci predhodno ogledali razstavljen les, zato vsak naknadni
ugovor glede kakovosti sortimentov ni možen. Če je za isti sortiment oddanih več pisnih
ponudb z enako navedeno ceno, o nakupu odloči žreb. O načinu žrebanja odloči
predsednik komisije.
POGOJI PRODAJE
S plačilom dodatka za organizacijo prodaje postane nakup pravno obvezujoč- dan prodaje
je 3.2.2014.
Prodajne cene so neto cene franco prostor licitacije.
Kupcu lesa organizator dodatno zaračuna 10€/neto m3 (dodatek za organizacijo)
Ponudbe pod 70€/m3 ne bodo sprejete.

Menjalna plačila so izključena.
Organizator poskrbi za nemoten odvoz lesa tako, da izbran les za vsakega posameznega
kupca na prostoru licitacije zbere na eni deponiji (pri nakupu večjih količin lahko na več
deponijah). Deponije so pred odvozom lesa označene.
Ves les je ponujen franco prostor licitacije.
Prodajalec je posamezen lastnik, obračun pa se vodi preko podjetja
Gozdarska zadruga Slovenj Gradec, Celjska c. 7, SI-2380 SLOVENJ GRADEC.
Kupcem, ki so prisotni na licitaciji dne 3.2.2014, je odločitev o sprejemu ponudbe podana
ustno. Odsotnim kupcem je odločitev sporočena v 5 dneh.
Najboljše ponudbe brez podatkov o kupcih in prodajalcih so objavljene na spletni strani
www.mojgozd.net od 12.2.2014 dalje.
Pri odvozu lesa je potrebno predložiti potrdilo o plačilu (original) nakazila. Plačilo se izvede

možen od 17.2.2014 dne naprej, zadnji možen datum je 7.3.2014. Če kupec lesa ne odpelje
v predpisanem terminu, zaračunamo penale v vrednosti 5€/m3 na dan. Morebitne spore
rešuje pristojno okrožno sodišče v Slovenj Gradcu.

Waldverein Mislinjska dolina, Waldverband Slowenien und Slowenische Forst
Service organisieren 8. Wertholzsubmission in Slovenj Gradec. Es findet in Slovenj
Gradec- Zentrum statt.
Die Gebote für das Wertholz sind in €/fm netto je Los abzugeben und unterschriftlich
von Bieter zu bestätigen.
Für die Gebote sind die dem Losverzeichnis beiliegenden Formblätter zu benutzen.
Auf jedes Los darf nur ein Gebot abgegeben werden.

»nicht vor der Wertholzsubmission am 3. Februar, 10.00 Uhr öffnen«) abzugeben.
Der Absender ist auf dem Kuvert zu vermarken.
Schriftliche oder fernmündliche Zurückziehungs- oder Widerrufserklärung werden
nur anerkannt, wenn sie vor Öffnung der ersten Gebote in Hand des Verkaufsleiters
sind.
Es besteht kein Anrecht auf die Erteilung des Zuschlages. Insbesondere kann der
Zuschlag versagt werden, wenn die Zahlungsfähigkeit des Bieters angezweifelt
werden muss, Gebote von Verkäufer als zu niedrig erachtet werden oder
andere wichtige Voraussetzungen für die Erteilung des Zuschlages fehlen.
Es wird unterstellt, dass das Holz vorher besichtig wurde. Nachträgliche
Einwendungen bezüglich Qualität und Aushaltung des Holzes können keine
Berücksichtigung finden. Werden vom mehreren Bietern gleich hohe Gebote auf eine
Losnummer abgegeben, so wird durch das Los entscheiden, wer als Bestbieter
zu gelten hat. Die Art der Verlosung bestimmt der Verkaufsleiter.

VERKAUFSBEDINGUNGEN
Jeder Bieter erkennt durch die Abgabe seines Gebotes diese nachfolgenden
Verkaufsbedingungen an und verzichtet auf nachträgliche Einwendungen, dass ihm
diese nicht bekannt gewesen sein.
Mit dem Zuschlag gilt der Verkauf als rechtsverbindlich abgeschlossen- Verkaufstag
ist der 3.2.2014.
Die Verkaufspreise gelten als Nettopreise frei Submissionsplatz zuzüglich der
gesetzlichen Mehrwertsteuer (20%).
NEU: Die Gebote im Wert unter 70€/fm werden nicht akzeptiert.
Dem Käufer des Holzes werden €10,-/fm netto Lagertangente hinzugerechnet.
Wechselzahlungen sind ausgeschlossen.
Das Holz wird frei Submissionsplatz angeboten. Das Aufladen des Holzes seitens
Waldverbands Slowenien ist eine Nebenausgabe für den Abnehmer.
Verkäufer ist die Zveza lastnikov gozdov Slovenije (Waldverband Slowenien) die
Rechnungslegung erfolgt durch die Gozdarska zadruga Slovenj Gradec, Celjska c.
7, SI-2380 SLOVENJ GRADEC.
Den bei der Submission am 3. Februar anwesenden Bietern wird die Entscheidung
über ihre Gebote sogleich mündlich bekannt gegeben. Abwesende Bieter
erhalten innerhalb von 5 Tagen Mitteilung.
Das weiteren können ab 12. Februar 2014 die Bestgebote ohne Bekanntgabe
des Käufers, sowie Verkäufers in der Homepage unter www.mojgozd.net oder
www.zgs.gov.si, abgerufen werden.
Bei der Abfuhr des Wertholzes ist der Zahlungsbeleg (Originalbeleg) der Überweisung
oder Beibringung einer gültigen unbedingten Bankgarantie, ausgestellt auf die

Holzabfuhr ist ab 17. Februar 2014 möglich, letzter möglicher Abfahrttag ist der 7.
März 2014. Erfolgt durch den Käufer des Holzes keine termingerechte Holzabfuhr bis
spätestens 7. März 2014, so ist von Käufer eine Pönale von €5,-/fm pro Tag
Verspätung zu bezahlen.
Allfällige Konflikte werd en durch eine Gerichtstelle in Slovenj Gradec erledigt.

The participation of organisation costs for each customer adds up to 10€/ m3
With paying organisation costs the buying of wood becomes legally obligatory. The day
of sale is 3rd January 2013.
For smoothly carting away the wood is collected for each buyer.
The seller is Forest owners association of Slovenia, the statement of account is carried out
by Gozdarska zadruga Slovenj Gradec, Celjska c. 7, SI-2380 SLOVENJ GRADEC
Carting away must be notified at least one day before. Carting away can be carried out
between 17th February and 7st March. If buyer do not remove the wood according to
term, penalty of 5EUR/m3 per day should be paid.
Eventual conflicts are solved by the District court in Slovenj Gradec
