Sommelier’s pick of the month
Educated Guess, Chardonnay or Cabernet Sauvignon, Napa Valley, California, 2011 13/Glass 52/Bottle
Have you ever stood in a wine shop or stared at a wine list wondering what is the best bang for your buck? In essence you are taking an “Educated Guess” at which wine is going to deliver the flavor profile and quality you are looking for, while in Napa this summer I found this winery in St. Helena which is just north of all the big names that you might find on a well rounded list at a fraction
of the price, and said I have to bring this back with me. Great Juice at a great Price!
