Glossary:
Free Standing unit: Cellar cabinet to be placed free standing, not Built in.
Built In unit: Cellar cabinet to fit between two kitchen furniture, adjustable feets, removableplinth and a condenser fan to extract hot air, door is
visible.
Embeded unit: The cellar cabinet is especially manufactured to be embeded in an adapted furniture, with a special door that cover the furniture side
panels, an adapted condenser space to extract air, with a visible glass door.
Integrated unit: The cellar is especially manufactured to be intergrated under kitchen work top, with a special door that turn without pushing sides
units, a condenser fan to extract the air at bottom front.
Conservation cabinet: Adapted to keep aged bottles wine's quality and specificities during several years.
Ageing cabinet: Designed to insure the appropriated conditions the closest to real underground cellars thus to facilitate the optimal blooming the best
grew of greater wines.
Servicing cabinets: The cellar is foreseen to have permanently, bottles with just temperature of service ( T ° of tasting: red 18 to 19°C, light Red: 14 to 16°c
White or rosé wines and Champagne dated 10 to 12°c, sweet White 8 to 10°C)
Thermoelectric system: Invented by Freng eng. Pelettier in early 20th century, that economic cooling & heating systbased on a physical effect created by
current flow through various density metals give low power to cool some bottles and maintain them at an inner temperature level
below by few degrés from the ambiant one (ΔT° from 13°C to 18°C depending on chamber size and calculated at 25°C ambiant).
Winter system (heater): The cellar is equipped with a very soft heating system to avoid thermal shocks whatever is the outside ambiant temp. The cabinet
could also be positioned in a not warmed premises (but shielded from frost)
Wine by the glass: When opened, wine bottles should quickly be served (within1 to 2 days) because the air contact oxydize the wine. To keep its
freshness and preserve its aromas longer, 2 tecnologies are on the market. Air reduction by vacuuming (preserve up to 1 week) or by
injecting an inert gas (Argon), colorless, odorless & tasteless, heavier than the air it comes as a blanckettlus in between wine & air
protecting aromas & freshness up to 3 weeks.
Comfort shelf: In massive Sapelli (tropical wood hydro-resisting), it was designed for an optimized, ergonomic, secured storage of bottles, by default,
the step is the one of the Burgundian bottle.
Collector® shelf: An innovation Climadiff. Sapelli wood massiv, their imprints are specially drawn for an optimized, ergonomic, easy storage of your
bottles, these shelves are reversible, one side for Bordeaux one for Burgundian bottles..
Modulpelli® Shelf: An innovation Climadiff. In sapelli massiv wood, the sliding and detachable(removable) slats allow an adaptation of the crate to a
model of specific bottles: Magnum, Champagne, Burgundian or Bordeaux bottles. One shelf for 4 kinds (or more) of bottles.
Slidding shelves: Fixed up on slidding rails, they facilitate the accessibility in a unique layer of greatest wines.
Register: The original! An invention, Climadiff, which allows the collection monitoring by noting wines with the chalk on the internal iner-door
