Also documents in original alongwith one set of self attested Xerox copies in support of the following criteria are required to be produced at the time of application for issuance of tender papers that 1) the Society consists of at least 10(ten) members of which at least 60% hold Degree of Diploma in any branch in Engineering 2) at least one member of the Society holds plumbing license (in case of S&P works only). WITHOUT THE ABOVE DOCUMENTS IN ORIGINAL THE APPLICATION MAY NOT BE ENTERTAINED. If the dates fall on holidays or on days of bandh or natural calamity, the dates defer to next working days. If considered necessary, instant bid may be conducted immediately after opening of the tender to lower down the rates and in no case his/their absence will stand against holding the same. In case of inadvertent typographical mistake found in the specific price schedule of rates, the same will be treated to be so corrected as to conform with the prevailing relevant schedule of rates and/or technically sanctioned estimate.
