Explore the impact of domestic violence on children and have an open discussion on the intersection of domestic violence and child maltreatment. Participants will be provided with tools for best practices when working with children who have experienced domestic violence. Advocates will be provided with emotional safety tools and understand the intersection of substance abuse and trauma. LUNCH SURVIVOR PANEL This panel of survivors will share their individual journey towards empowerment and engage the audience in open dialogue through a question and answer opportunity.
