It gives you the chance, how your GP send your prescription to the place you choose to get your medicines or appliances from. You will not have to visit your GP Practice to pick your paper prescription, neither wait longer at pharmacy - GP will send it electronically to the place you choose. Over 75? If you are patient aged over 75, you will have a named GP and dedicated phone line . Your GP will ensure you receive access to all appropriate services and coordination of care with various health and social professionals. Get the jab, get flu safe September will be the time for those at greatest risk from flu to protect themselves and their families, get flu safe with a free flu jab. Flu is highly contagious virus which anyone can catch. Those at greater risk from flu includes people aged 65 & over, pregnant women, and those with health conditions such as severe asthma, diabetes, chest and heart conditions.
