THE UNITED REPUBLIC OF TANZANIA MINISTRY OF FINANCE INSTITUTE OF ACCOUNTANCY ARUSHA GRADUATION CEREMONIES This is to notify all 2013/2014 Academic Year Finalists and the General Public that the 5th IAA/CU Masters Graduation Ceremony will be held on Thursday 13th November, 2014 followed by the 16th Graduation Ceremony (Certificate, Diploma, Bachelor and Postgraduate Diploma) will be held on Friday 14th November, 2014 at the Institute main premises, Njiro Hill, Arusha from 11:00 am. Graduands wishing to attend the ceremony shall be required to pay a non refundable fee of Tshs 25,000/= through CRDB Bank Account No. 01J1035916500 for hiring graduation gowns, and should bring the Pay in Slip to the Accounts Department. They should also attend graduation rehearsals to be held on Tuesday 11th November, 2014. For the Certificate, Diploma, Bachelor and Postgraduate Diploma graduands rehearsals will start from 2:00 pm in the afternoon while for the Masters Degree graduands rehearsals will be from 5:00 pm in the evening. Gowns will be issued from Monday, 10th to Wednesday, 12th November, 2014 from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. Gowns must be returned by Monday 17th November, 2014 by 4:00 pm. Graduands who wish to participate in the ceremony are required to confirm with the Registrar’s Office/ Postgraduate Office by phone call, letter or e-mail on or before Friday 7th November, 2014. Those who do not confirm and do not attend the rehearsals will graduate in absentia. All those wishing to attend the event shall be responsible for their own travel, meals and accommodation.
