Stonewall Kitchen Jam Tour Comes To Keene
On Friday, October 17th, Your Kitchen Store in

11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., customers can speak directly with

Community Classes Offered At Keene Yoga Center
The new Keene Yoga Center at 80 Roxbury Street
is offering community classes. On Fridays, they will
offer a $5 community vinyasa flow class. The class
is held 5:30 to 7 p.m. and is taught by the owner,
Bryan Russell.
On Thursdays from 10:30 to 11:45 a.m., there is a
class called Yoga for Well Being. This is an eight-week
session, but participants may join at any time. The fee
is $20 for eight weeks.
The first Thursday of each month, there is a free
Yoga for Beginners workshop. The next one will be
November 6th. Attendees can learn a bit of what

Also discussed will be the various styles and levels
