The first Susan Warriner outing is an all day and evening trip to Kickapoo Activities & Lucky Eagle Casino in Eagle Pass, Texas. We’ll Transportation Director take a chartered coach for all three of our properties and staff members will attend for your comfort. The second outing is a tour of the LBJ Ranch and National Park in Blanco County. This is an amazing guided tour both of the ranch and of the “Texas White House.” Please join Barbara, Valerie and me on October 10th for the Friday night Music and Dance. She attended Michigan state, where she met her husband. They had two children, a son who lives in Bulverde, Texas and a daughter who lives in Chad, Africa working as a Missionary. This resident has seven grandchildren. She has extensively traveled, including 8 trips to Europe. Two favorite trips were a riverboat cruise from Amsterdam to Vienna and a wonderful trip to Paris, France. She has collected artwork from the many places she has visited. She is VERY much interested in following world events and keeping up to date with political news. She loves collegiate football and collegiate basketball (favorite team-University of Arizona) and she loves the Spurs! She enjoys cooking Mexican food—her neighbor in Albuquerque, N.M. taught her the “proper” way to cook it! Her husband had the greatest influence in her life and she admired him greatly.
