On behalf of the The Medical Society of the County of Queens and The Academy of Medicine of
Queens County, we would like to invite you to join us for the 208th Annual Past Presidents’
Dinner Dance Gala & Physician Expo on Sunday, November 16, 2014, 4:00-9:00 pm, at Deluxe
Caterers at Shelter Rock Jewish Center, Roslyn, New York.
At this important event, we will honor Robert L. Kraft, MD, FACS, our 2013-2014 Immediate
Past President, for his outstanding dedication and service. We will also be presenting the
Community Service Award to Stephen S. Mills, FACHE, President and Chief Executive Officer
of New York Hospital Queens.
On this celebratory occasion, we expect to be sharing the festivities with our many members and
friends, including distinguished medical colleagues, civic leaders, community business associates
and Physician Expo exhibitors.
Our Annual Past Presidents’ Dinner Dance Gala & Physician Expo continues to provide the
organization’s largest source of funding, critical to enabling us to fulfill our mission. Your support
and participation will help us to ensure that quality medical care is available to the residents of
the County of Queens. We hope you will join us for what promises to be an enjoyable evening
