This is reflected in the vast array of endorsements she has earned from the business and legal communities, private and public associations, law enforcement and community leaders. I have known Rachel personally and professionally for more than 20 years and am honored to call her my friend and often seek her advice. She is extremely intelligent, insightful and decisive with experience in both civil and criminal law, having worked in private practice and as a deputy district attorney for 10 years. While Rachel has many qualities, above all else is her great sense of justice. She understands the essence of fairness and the weighing and balancing of competing interests. She will never make a decision based upon self interest as her ethics are above reproach. Rachel will be a tough but fair judge and an asset to the local bench.
