Social evening »The castle fairytale in the embrace of Fluid Power«
At this year’s jubilee international conference we will celebrate the 20th anniversary of the
conference and at the same time the 40th anniversary of the University of Maribor. A
perfect time to remember our roots! Therefore, we are going to look back into the past and
spice up our gathering with local history and technical heritage.
We will experience “The castle fairy-tale” at the castle Fala, where we will be welcomed
and greeted by Count Maximilian. Afterwards the lords of the castle will take us on a tour
around castle chambers and salons.
The banquet will also be completely in medieval style, as we will enjoy selected local
traditional delicacies, dishes and drinks from medieval menu. Furthermore, we will enjoy
the medieval show and become a part of the castle fairy-tale. What all we are going to
witness let remain a mystery for now.
A bit different social evening will surely be a great opportunity to relax after the first
conference day. A perfect moment to chat, exchange opinions and make new friends in a
relaxed atmosphere.
A bus transport will be organised to the castle and back.
The sponsor of social evening “The castle fairy-tale”
is company HAWE Hidravlika d.o.o., Slovenia.
