SAMPLE VALUE: Samples are billed at 80% published book prices, and include, at no charge, cord and plug (designated as Option -CP) and fixtures with -DM option include a wall dimmer installed in luminaire j-box, and are due 6 months from the date shipped. Samples must be returned to and received by Kirlin within 6 months for credit. Outbound sample freight is deducted from agency’s commission statement. Pricing as shown above is for sample fixture orders only. 2. SAMPLE RETURNS: At any time prior to the invoice 6 month due date you may return the sample, freight prepaid and in good condition, for credit. Sample returns do not require an RMA. All samples should be returned with a copy of the original invoice to: The Kirlin Company 3400 E. Larned Detroit, MI 48207-4232 Attention: SA Return 3. EXTENSIONS: A single 3 month extension of the sample invoice due date may be obtained from Sales Management or Customer Service. You must request this prior to the return sample due date or the sample will be purchased. 4. REPLACEMENT: If you would like to re-order the same sample, please return the original, as described above in #2. The original invoice will be retired. Enter a new sample order with Kirlin Customer Service. A new invoice will then be issued with new 6 month dating. 5. CARE and HANDLING: If samples are returned damaged, other than from “normal wear and tear”, the sales agency will be charged for all necessary replacements. 6.
