A man was sitting reading his papers when his wife hit him
round the head with a frying pan.
'What was that for?' the man asked.
The wife replied , 'That was for the piece of paper with the
name Jenny on it that I found in your pants pocket.
The man then said 'When I was at the races last week,
Jenny was the name of the horse I bet on.'
The wife apologized and went on with the housework.
Three days later the man is watching TV when his wife
bashes him on the head with an even bigger frying pan,
knocking him unconscious.
Upon re-gaining consciousness the man asked why she had
hit him again.
Wife replied. 'Your horse phoned'

run for 30 minutes.

NOTICE OF SPECIAL RESOLUTION
At the Special Meeting of the Omeo/Benambra Football club Inc., to be held on the
28 of October, a Special Resolution to amalgamate the Omeo/Benambra Football Club
Inc and the Omeo Netball Club Inc. (as per the Associations Incorporation Reform Act
2012) will be voted upon.

Motion: That the Omeo/Benambra Football Club Inc/ and the Omeo Netball Club Inc.
amalgamate and adopt the Model Rules as per the Associations Incorporation Reform Act
The terms of the amalgamation of the incorporated association
(i) That the finances of the Omeo/Benambra Football Club Inc and the Omeo Netball Club Inc
will be paid in full into the Omeo/Benambra Football Netball Club Account
(ii) That the committee will contain 10 members from the Omeo/Benambra Football Club Inc
and 5 members from the Omeo Netball Club Inc.
