CRMC diabetes prevention
at Baxter Clinic Nov. 6
Cuyuna Regional Medical
Center is hosting a free, community educational program
about diabetes prevention and
treatment on Thursday, Nov. 6,
from 4 to 6 p.m. at Arrowwood
Lodge in Baxter.
Diabetes Dialogue will
feature a keynote presentation
by Internist Laura Rathe,
M.D., as well as a question and
answer forum with a panel of
experts including a cardiologist and podiatrist. Numerous

All area seniors are invited to the Deerwod Legion on
the first and third Fridays of
every month for a senior
dance. The event has an open
bar and offers potluck items
to snack on. Cost is $6 and is
held from 1 to 4 p.m.

sets holiday
performances
The
Cuyuna
Range
Community Band announces
the following performances:
—Wednesday, Dec. 10 at
Heartwood Senior Living
Community at 6:30 p.m. A
Holiday concert in the community auditorium.
—Saturday, Dec. 13 at 3
p.m. at the Deerwood
Auditorium. A holiday concert with raffle drawings.
Donations will be accepted
for area food shelves.

Citizen Dining Center program sites for Oct. 27-31 follows. Due to scheduling
changes, all sites will have
the same menu, but not all
sites will be served their
meals at the same time.
Participants in the meal
program are asked to make
reservations before 1 p.m. on
the day before they plan to
attend. For reservations, call

Noon meals will be delivered to your Crosby, Deerwood
or Ironton home for the low
cost of $4.50 per meal.
Service is Monday through
Friday. Weekend meals available (Thursday delivery).
Delivery is free. This service
is available to all ages.

Center.

to 7 p.m. Thursday at the
Brenny Funeral Chapel in
Baxter. Visitation will continue from 10 to 11 a.m. followed by the service at 11
a.m. Friday at Living Word
North Church in Brainerd.
Interment
