Dear Editor:
The Holiday lights on the
Deerwood Train Depot are
again sponsored this year by
the citizen volunteers of the
Deerwood
Civic
and
Commerce. On behalf of the
Dwd C&C, we’d like to
acknowledge and recognize
the individuals and businesses who contribute many hours
and
sponsorships

Deerwood Summerfest and
the Annual Deerwood Gun
Show.
These events are the
sources of funds earned and
then donated to area organizations and causes: food
shelves, scouting, Cuyuna
Youth Center, Deerwood—
city, police and fire, Teen
Challenge, Salvation Army
and Salem WEST to name a
few.
We’d like to encourage
area businesses and all local
citizens to join us—your time

needed! Send an e-mail to

Giving
Dear Editor:
There are many who need
assistance with feeding themselves and their families in
our surrounding communities
and here in Crosby.
We at the Cuyuna Range
Food Shelf are grateful that
our greater community continues to support us with
financial and donated food
items.
We continue to be a food
shelf that is able to give an
ample supply of food to those
in need on a monthly basis.
We can do this with the awesome support from all.
We acknowledge all who
give and especially acknowledge the kids and older youth
who continue to support us.
On behalf of the Cuyuna
Range Food Shelf, Merry
Christmas and Happy New
Year!
