In continuation to this office Notification No. 111-BOPEE of 2014, Dated: 09-10-2014, the following
candidates (from the existing waiting lists) are provisionally recommended for upgradation/admission to
Medical Courses-2014 (BUMS & BAMS) on the basis of their merit and preference given by them in the
upgradation/allotment counselling held from 23rd to 30th of September and 09th of October, 2014 at BOPEE
office Srinagar/Jammu. The discipline/institution allotted to these candidates is given as under:

Serial No.’s with asterisk mark: The selection has been made in compliance with the direction of
the Hon’ble High Court of J&K for the candidates who could not participate in counseling on the scheduled
date because of unprecedented flood.
The detailed list of candidates recommended for admission and those in waiting is available on
the BOPEE’s official website.

The candidates are directed to report for admission to the allotted Institutions on or before 29th of
October, 2014 along with relevant certificates in Original and Online Admit Card downloaded by them
from the official website of the BOPEE. The colleges shall remain open on Sunday also to facilitate
admission of the candidates.
The concerned Heads of the Institutions are requested to check the eligibility of the candidates and
verify Permanent Resident Certificate, Marks Certificate, Date of Birth Certificate and Category
Certificate, if any, in original along with Online Admit Card/Duplicate Admit Card to verify the identity and
genuineness of the certificates. The Heads of the Institutions shall send the list of candidates admitted in
different disciplines and short fall (category wise), if any, along with Roll Nos. and names of candidates who
have not taken admission on 29th of October, 2014 by 4:30 P.M positively to BOPEE office, Srinagar /
Jammu by fax., email and by hand also.
The candidates in the waiting list are directed to report in the college of their choice at 10:00 A.M.
on 30th of October, 2014. The Principals of the colleges are advised to take applications from the
candidates in the waiting list (in case of any shortfall in their respective colleges) before 1:00 P.M. on 30 th
of October, 2014 and prepare their consolidated list before operating it after 2:00 P.M. on the same day
with an intimation to this office at Srinagar/Jammu.
