For Information Call: Pastor Rob Seidel (727-741-0349) We are in need of an additional $1,643.00 to rent a charter bus for our Student Ministry to take the students and leaders to Orlando for the Word of Life Reverb event. Reverb is an all night evangelistic event held each year. This works out to $38 per seat on the bus. Will you help us raise this money so that we can take students to this great event to hear the Gospel? Please mark donations as "Student Ministry - Reverb Bus". Thank you. ONE SACRED EFFORT is the theme for this year’s annual season of special giving through our church to accomplish defined needs in MISSIONS AND MINISTRY. MISSIONS IS A PRIORITY Cooperative Program is the means by which we join with the Southern Baptist churches throughout America to support the worldwide missions enterprise. This includes 10,000 missionaries at home (North America Mission Board) and abroad (International Mission Board), 6 seminaries for equipping pastors and missionaries, A Religious Liberty Commission that supports our freedom in culture and government, and more. Christmas Offering that gives direct additional funds for International missions. Florida Baptist Convention assists churches in evangelism growth, new works, college ministry, children’s homes, retirement centers, language and ethnic missions, and more. Suncaost Baptist Association supports ministries in Pinellas and West Pasco Counties. We are really a part of World Evangelism. MINISTRY IS A MUST It has been said that “the light that shines the farthest shines the brightest at home.” ONE SACRED EFFORT therefore includes budget support that has not been met, and goals and challenges that have not been reached. We can do so much more in every area if funds were available. OUR GOAL IS $200,000 to be given between November 2 and December 7. This would include total giving for all causes. That challenge would require a doubling of our regular ministry giving. It happened last year, it can happen again. Let us rise to this challenge. ONE - (definition) the number that denotes unity. SACRED - (definition) dedicated and set apart for service and worship. EFFORT - (definition) a serious work to achieve a particular end.
